If Apple TV freezes and projector remote Esc button doesnt respond

This is caused by a update either being applied or not finishing so the only 2 things you can do is:

1. Either iPhone or iPad and use the Apple TV remote in your Control Center (you may have to install it first via App Store) to take control of the Apple TV and restart it or get a actually Apple TV remote from Technology.

2. Physically unplug the power from the Apple TV and then plug back in
